CRASH COURSE DRIVING (CCD)
1. All CCD Instructors are self-employed franchisees of CCD.
2. The contract between the instructor and the pupil is subject to the following terms and conditions:
3. The instructor shall provide the pupil with driving tuition at the rate per hour previously communicated to the pupil.
4. Payment for tuition should be made in advance by credit card or cheque either direct to CCD or to the instructor. Alternatively the pupil may pay the instructor in cash or by cheque. The balance of any fees owing must be paid no less than ten working days before the commencement of the course.
5. All matters relating to the timing, location and duration of courses shall be subject to agreement between the instructor and the pupil.
6. The instructor shall have the right to rearrange any course to a time convenient to both parties if the instructor or another instructor is not available for any reason. If in the unlikely event any pupil should fail to reach the required safety standard and in the opinion of the instructor would be unsafe to take the test, the instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school vehicle for the Driving Test. In this event it is likely you will lose your Practical Test Fee as the Driving Standards Agency requires 10 clear working days notice to refund a Practical Test Fee excluding the Test Day, Weekends, Bank holidays and the day you inform them.
7. Course cancellations can only be made by the pupil directly with the instructor at least ten working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) prior to the commencement of the course, otherwise course fees will not be refunded. Cancellation of driving tests can only be made between the pupil and the DSA and will be subject to the DSA`s own Terms & Conditions.
8. It is hereby expressly agreed that this contract is made solely between the instructor, as principal, and the pupil. In making any bookings, supplying any information or documentation to the pupil, and processing any payments Crashcoursedriving.co.uk act as agents of the Instructor, and accordingly, the pupil acknowledges that the company can have no liability to the pupil in respect of any matter which is subject to the contract between the pupil and the instructor.
9. In booking a course of driving tuition with CCD you are deemed to have accepted the above Terms & Conditions.
